Strong Chiropractic is looking for a new friendly face to greet and welcome patients at our Appleton or Neenah Clinics.
Full time and Part time positions available.
Experience with computers preferred.
We would like this person to be able to multitask.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Greet and welcome patients when they arrive.
*Keep updated records of patient's information and collecting payment.
*Answer phone calls and scheduling appointments.
*Insurance benefit knowledge and ability to communicate benefits to patients.
*Perform other clerical duties such as faxing, filing, scanning.
* Clean office as needed
*Must have excellent phone skills, provide basic and accurate information
in person and via phone/email.
